Big Bear Lake

Orange County’s choice mountain getaway is Big Bear Lake, located in the San Bernardino Mountains, just 2 hours outside the OC.  After a challenging, winding drive up the mountain pass, you’ll come to the beautiful lake, an area that was formerly inhabited by the Serrano Indians.  Big Bear also offers two different winter resorts—Bear Mountain and Snow Summit.

Lake Arrowhead

Lake Arrowhead is a lakeside community known for its resorts and fine-dining.  The resorts provide private access to the lake and most are located near Lake Arrowhead’s quaint shopping district.  Stop by Lake Arrowhead on your way to Big Bear; they are only a few miles apart.
